How to Create a Web Page

This is a very simple tutorial on the initial process of creating your webpage on either Google Sites or WordPress. I does not go into much detail on how to edit your page, but there will be more of that to come later. Below the embedded video I have linked tutorials from each of the platforms discussed, so you can find more detail on how to proceed.

Google Account
If you do not have a google account you can create one here, or get a gmail account here.

Google Maps

After you have created you google account you can generate your map by visiting the google map site.

Watch this video for a basic introduction on how to create a google map and how to enter a placemark. (I apologize for the sound of the fire crackling in the fireplace behind me, but it was a cold day when this was recorded.)
